Who we are

What data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

• Contact form: full name, email address, company name, monthly ad budget range, and any message you write.
• Booking a call: if you use the "Book a Call" option, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and any details you provide when booking.
• Email: if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence.

We do not use cookies or analytics to track visitors on this site, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule and conduct calls, and deliver the services you request. This is processed on the basis of your consent (submitting the form or booking a call) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who processes it

We use the following third-party services to run this site and respond to enquiries. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify (hosting and contact form submissions): netlify.com/privacy
• Calendly (call scheduling): calendly.com/privacy. Calendly may set cookies when you open the booking widget.
• Google Fonts (webfont delivery): loaded from Google's servers to display this site's typography.
• WhatsApp (if you message us there): governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a working relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right under GDPR to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
